Using our SL600 laser system in conjunction with a vacuum bed, we are able to manufacture stainless steel sheet components to the same high precision standards as our stencils. These can be supplied in both sheet form or as individual parts without any break-out tabs.

Without the need for tooling, laser cutting of parts is highly cost effective for both prototypes and production batches.

Data for components can be accepted as Gerber, DXF or HPGL files.
